Why is Invisalign so popular?
Recently developed as an alternative to traditional braces, Invisalign is an alignment system that works by essentially pushing your teeth into place through a series of moulds or trays. These clear, plastic trays are shaped to your teeth (think of a dainty mouthguard or retainer). You will need to swap these trays roughly every two weeks as your teeth continue to shift into place.
What conditions can Invisalign treat?
Invisalign will treat a range of conditions such as overbites, underbites, crowded and gapped teeth, as well as cross bites and open bites. This means that for the average person Invisalign is a fantastic option for creating the perfect smile.
How will it take for me to see results?
Invisalign will generally see results faster than braces will. Average treatment times are usually between 8 to 12 months though your health care provider may have a shorter or longer time period planned for you.
