I finished my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1985 from the University of Garyounisin in Libya. In 1991, I got my Masters of Science degree, wrote my board certification test, and became a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia. I have practiced dentistry in Surrey since then.
I am committed to staying on top of the most current developments in the dental field and go to many continuing education workshops and conventions. I am an active member of the British Columbia Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, and go to the International Straight Wire and Orthopedic Seminars, Inc.
I was born and raised in Derna, Libya, on the Mediterranean Sea, and moved to Canada in 1987. I delight in coaching and playing soccer, swimming, seeing the world, and spending quality time with my wife and three boys.
Dr. Ahmed AlJuboori, BDS, DDS
I was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq and moved to Cairo, Egypt where, in 2010, I received my Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery from Misr University for Science and Technology. I moved to Canada in 2012, and in 2015 I completed the National Dental Board certification assessments and exams. I became a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, the British Columbia Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association in 2016. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, especially restorative treatment and oral surgery. I value taking the time to learn stories behind each patient I treat.
I pride myself on being a lifetime learner; I enjoy attending courses, study clubs and seminars to keep my knowledge up to date. When not in scrubs, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, video games, watching Netflix, working out and exploring the lower mainland.
